Ingredients:
3 c. raspberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. quick oats
1/3 c. butter
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Ice cream
Instructions:
1. At first, spread raspberries in a square microwavable dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. Combine remaining ingredients except cream; sprinkle over berries.
3. Microwave (uncovered) on high 7-10 minutes until berries are hot and bubbly.
4. Finally, Let stand uncovered 10 minutes. Serve warm over ice cream.
